My contest entry for GET UP N' SHOUT, A CONTEST IS OUT. This took me forever, but I think it turned out alright.
My song was "Danger Zone". I did not really like the implied meaning behind it, so I took it literally.
"Revvin' up your engine
Listen to her howlin' roar
Metal under tension
Beggin' you to touch and go"
The song made me think of motorbikes and crazy adventures, so I put our characters in that setting! The idea of the airplane fit with Arye's wings, and they both seem like the kind of people would go on some mad ride in the dessert.
